The Pier Hotel

We came for a bingo night at the pub, it was an absolutely lovely atmosphere with good drinks for great prices and lovely owners too, very welcoming and kind. Thank you for the great night, we will definitely be returning.

Large, spotlessly clean room with tea/coffee, mini fridge, hairdryer etc two minutes walk from the seafront. Great communication and friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. Thank you Aled & Sherrie. We will return.

Lovely comfy room. Lovely and clean! Easy check in, easy check out. Right where the action is. People were great. Parking was easy, just at the church a minute walk away. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Lovely size big room with spacious shower room and comfy bed with light clean bed linen. Only downer was the slight noise from the all night lickin chicken restaurant opposite which attracted late night revellers. But booking in and out was easy, would definitely stay again for a longer weekend when picking up/dropping off our Son at Uni. Stayed in Room 2.

We have stayed here twice now. The location is excellent, the rooms have both been good sizes both with ensuite bathrooms in and a small fridge. The shower is no power shower but it certainly gets the job done. Would book again next time we are in Aberystwyth and would certainly recommend.

Lovely lovely place will definitely be returning here on our next getaway. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the room was gorgeous . Bed was extremely comfy I don't want to go back to my own bed now. Nice and clean. Facilities are very good . Close to everything. The pub downstairs is also very nice with friendly locals. Definitely be back again thank you very much

A great value hotel in the perfect location for the seafront and town, with adequate restaurants and pubs just a short walk away. The owners, like most of Aberystwyth, are very helpful and genial. The rooms are not luxurious but are perfectly adequate and very comfortable. The hotel is dog friendly too. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we will definitely come back.

Lovely room with everything you need for a night's stay. My only complaint isn't one of the hotel, but it's location, as the adjacent street was quite loud with people (mostly intoxicated) throughout the night. Also, around 4am, the chicken store owner across the street must throw out the leftovers, causing mass SQUAKING from the variety of gulls that reside in the seaside town. Our night's sleep was unfortunately not a good one. That being said, the room is beautiful, the staff is friendly, the downstairs pub is a nice touch, and they even offer a delicious breakfast that they serve right to your room.

Liked the hotel but only 4 stars for the stairs , creaky bed and bathroom door that had been fitted by an amateur. However , the position is perfect , it was freshly decorated , spotlessly clean and quiet , our window looked over a pitched roof . The check in was cv19 safe , easy and although we didn't see another person inside we heard people but not loudly enough to bother us . The rustic furniture was interesting but served us well , overall the stay was enjoyable and I thank the owners.

Stayed one night. Good location for town centre. Easy to find. Good clean, tidy, warm rooms. Watch the windy staircase. Comfy bed; nautical theme, good use of space. tea/coffee provided. Hair dryer provided. Very nice en-suite. only issues - shower had weak pressure and ventilation extractor went on for ages and ages.
